~2012~

This is my very first blog in 2012. I wish this will be awesome year for everyone. Hopefully the world won’t be end as predicted. Well, it’s the time for me to review back the “ME” in 2011. A moderate year for me.. Everything was going not so bad nor so good.. bf back from singapore, lost my grandma(the most sad thing), change company.. I believe these are the major changes in the past year..

New year resolution? i don’t used to set it. I just wish that everything is going smooth, everyone is healthy, everyday is happy =) that will be big enough for me and what i always wish for.. AND of course hope that i can do well on my part & role.. that’s it~

It’s really hard to choose from among various types of Yong Tau Hu. I just simply pick few types of it and luckily all of it taste good. The combination of Asam Laksa and Yong Tau Hu are just pretty nice. (but i will still prefer Penang Asam Laksa) I will definately back to there to have my second try.

Fall sick today.. get flu..

o ya, there was a farewell party for me from my colleague today.. went to steamboat together with them.. as usual, i took ice-cream most of the time.. that’s why i am well known as ice-cream mania among my friend =)

that’s all for me today.. nothing special..

yet the path to be taken is still blur ahead.. i am still hesitating which road should i walk to.. suddenly got a kind of feeling.. when can i see my shore.. is it approching or still far away from my boat? i am still wondering my boat contain enough fuel to drive.. or probably i need to use oar to reach there..

feel like want to let it be.. sometimes i do believe in fate.. but i will try my best to change that.. hopefully everything will get smooth..

started our journey before the dawn, at around 6am.. our very first schedule is to EAT.. haha.. at first thought to have Mcd over there to try pork burger since it cannot be found in Malaysia.. but it’s too early to get that (the restaurant was still selling breakfast on that time).. after that we change our mind to eat hawker food.. hmm.. nothing very special for that.. a few hawker stall in the kopitam.. gt wan tan mee, koay teow th’ng, chicken rice & etc (can’t rmb).. it was really dissapointing us.. not tasty yet expensive..

well, our next destination was temple so called wat in thai.. visited two temple in the afternoon.. suprisingly saw corpse of a famous monk in the temple..

after that, it’s massage time..we ask the hotel (Diamond Plaza Hotel) to deliver two massage gals to our room.. haha.. it was my very first time massage by other people.. its quite nice.. but the gal is not that professional because she was keeping on to pick up her phone while massaging for me..

Floating market was the next destination after that.. finally get to there.. for me, it’s quite unique and a must go place in Hatyai. the scenery is really nice and the food is quite tasty as well.meanwhile, .the price range is quite reasonable.. unlike the breakfast in the morning, not delicous at all yet expensive.

the next activity, THAIGIRL SHOW!!! hmm.. not really nice..

The making of cornflakes cookies:-

all the igredients are prepared.

This included:-

the steps:

1. add in sugar & butter. blend it until pale in colour

2. add in egg & blend it until it’s well mixed

3. fold in the flour mixture, beat the mixture till not stick our hand

4. add in cornflake & cereal, roughly mix them well

5. bake them in 170 °c for 15 min

My comment:

The taste is not so good as i think i should add in some vanilla essence. The cereal has spoiled the crunchyness and the overall taste, it should be deducted from the igredient next time. Corn flour should be added more in order to enhance its crunchyness.. will take note and improve from the mistake this time =)

watching movie the whole morning.. after that tidy up my messy wardrobe.. haha.. although still messy after that.. well.. at least better than before la hor.. (this is how i use to comfort myself =P)

hmmm.. but i m still planning my holiday schedule.. pending to make cookies, shopping, blogging & traveling.. hehe.. quite bored huh? ahhh.. another vital obligation in this week.. that’s… looking & searching for my new job.. otherwise, i will EAT GRASS in the following months.. hehe.. i know many people are wonder why for my resignation.. n keep on asking me: WHY har? y le? why why.. haha.. actually it’s accumulate from time to time.. yet gt 3 months of notice.. was thinking of leave here before i buy any property.. hoho…

Review back my blog. Lots of thing happened in a  year. 

year ago, i was still lost myself to go where.. but now.. everything remained.. never thought that i can stay in this company for almost a year.. a busy job but i happy with it.. coz i can feel the satisfaction after i done something & learn new things.. tons of jobs everyday, working load is incresing day by day.. but salary not in that way..

year ago.. grandma still here.. but now she went for heaven..miss her lots.. still remember the last word to me before she gets her second stroke.. it’s “Thank you”.. ah ma.. it’s my responsible.. u no need thank to me..

year ago.. my bf went to singapore.. now he still at singapore.. ll back to malaysia next month..but in KL, not penang..

There’s a big difference between year before and after.. appreciate what we have now.. One thing which will never be change is.. to make a decision in every stage of our life.. i really hate to face that..

what will be happen tomorrow? i dunno…
